TIP: the weight of the matching CO2 cartridge for your lifejacket is labeled on the cardridge itself.
Instructions to determine the type of cardridge for your lifejacket:
Open your lifejacket on the side and look for the trigger and gas cartridge. Based on our photos and table (enlarge the picture) you can determine which type of inflation device is necessary for your specific lifejacket.
The amount of gas is specified on the cardridge's label. Despite the manufacturer's recomendation, which you may find on the label of your product, claiming that cardridges must be renewed only every two years, we recommend that you conduct yearly maintenance on your product, in order to ensure perfect functionality. Remember to always have some spare inflation devices on board.
