Very good scissors. Had to try it on a foreign ship shortly after buying it.

It should be able to cut Wantendraht to 10mm. I have tried this with a leftover piece of Hamburger rope factory. It's just that way. Affordable for normal sailors who normally never use the unit - but not suitable for field-level riggers.
