I happend to choose a payment type \"payment in advance\" and SVB:s message was, that some parts are not in store. In this situation I wanted to change type of paymet to \"payment by credit card\", that means payment when delivery is done. It took a lot of emails and almost 2 weeks for SVB customer service to cancel my orginal order and then I could make a new order. Your customer selvice even asked me to sen my credit card numbers by email to SVB. That was not necessary and certainly not safe. In Finland and Sweden a payment type \"in advance\" means direct payment in customers own netbank (Nordea, Danske Bank etc.). That is very easy and safe.
