Ich habe die Farbe am 17. Dez. 2013 bestellt, erhalten habe ich die Farbe erst Mitte Januar 2014. Warum die Abwicklung mit der Kreditkarte nicht geklappt hat, weiss ich nicht. Ich finde es eigenartig, dass die Abwicklung mit der Kreditkarte bei früheren Bestellungen reibungslos funktioniert hat.\r\nZuerst habe ich die späte Zustellung bei der Post vermutet, bis ich im Januar ein Mail von Ihnen wegen Zahlungsproblemen erhalten habe.\r\nWegen dieser Verzögerung konnte ich meinen Auftrag nicht termingerecht abschliessen.
