Order placed, paid, delivered. Doesn't fit. Contacted customer service, explained the problem, replacement sent – still doesn't fit.
At their request, I sent everything back and they withheld a large portion of the money (approx. €126).
Since then, ZERO communication. I bought it based on a recommendation. I feel cheated.
This is not how customer service should be.

In Ihrem Fall ist die Kritik völlig berechtigt und wir haben leider nicht transparent genug mit Ihnen kommuniziert, dafür möchten wir uns in aller Form entschuldigen.
Die von Ihnen zurück gelieferte Ware befand sich noch in der Prüfung, die fehlenden Gutschriften sind in der Zwischenzeit ausgelöst worden. Leider gibt es bei dem Artikel ein Problem welches wir aktuell mit dem Hersteller klären.
Wir würden uns freuen Sie zukünftig weiterhin als Kunden begrüßen zu dürfen.
I believe SVB is the best e-commerce site for nautical products, both for their vast selection of products, their prices, and above all for their efficient customer service. Regarding the order in question, however, I must say that the packaging arrived a little damaged (certainly not SVB's fault). The products purchased were otherwise perfect, although the SVB-branded bag, which I had ordered and paid for (see invoice), was missing. Perhaps I'll include it in my next order. Thanks anyway.
