I don't want to comment on the quality of the products. I chose them myself, and you're just the intermediaries. But having to wait 16 days for delivery was very disappointing. When I called after a week to inquire, the friendly employee told me it was taking longer because, among other things, I had ordered ropes that still needed to be cut... (By the way, I ordered two 30-meter lengths and received one 60-meter length...) My sailing weekend was ruined by the delayed delivery, which really annoyed me. I could have driven to Kiel three times and spent the delivery costs on gas. I would have appreciated being informed as a customer about any delivery delays.
