BARKA Single-Lever Mixer / Shower Head

The mixer looks exactly the same as the 30 year old mixer on my boat. I was happy and ordered. However, the connections to my hot and cold water pipes don't fit (now male instead of female) and the pipes are 5cm shorter (very annoying). Why doesn't SVB offer options for this product?

No assembly instructions. No flexible hoses, must be obtained separately M 10 external thread. The existing ones from the previous model do not fit the M 8. The previous model had to be replaced because the chrome plating had come off. Removal problematic as the threaded pins are completely corroded. The attachment looks better on the current model. In the end, the assembly failed because one of the threads was cut improperly and the connection hose could not be screwed in. Missed the 14-day withdrawal period because of this theater, so return at your own expense. It remains to be seen whether and how the SVB will recognize the Recklamation. There was now no tap, no water and it is approaching 200 euros
