Bank transfer

In your e-mail order confirmation you find the total amount of your order and our bank details. Once the total amount is credited to our account, your goods will be dispatched as soon as possible according to availability. If we do not receive your payment within 14 days after we have received your order, it will be canceled automatically, free of charge. We do not accept checks.

If the order has to be canceled we will refund the amount paid within three working days of cancellation. Please understand that all charges for transfers from or to foreign countries must be borne by yourself and that we can only send out your order when we have received the total amount to pay.

Your order will usally be shipped within 24 hours, if the amount to be paid has been authorized by the credit card company. We only charge your credit card at delivery of the goods. Deliveries are usually only possible to the address of the cardholder. If the delivery address is different or there is no address verification possible, our Customer Service will contact you shortly.

Paying with an SVB voucher

To pay with an SVB gift voucher, place your items in the shopping basket then "proceed to checkout". Before confirming your order, enter the voucher number in the "additional notes" field (the voucher number is printed on the bottom left-hand corner) and complete your order. You must choose a payment method for the remaining balance. The voucher amount will be deducted from the amount to be paid. Any remaining balance can be paid by credit or debit card, depending on the method of payment chosen, or you will receive an invoice for the remaining amount which can be paid by advance payment, invoice or Paypal.

If you would like to pick up your order in our store in Bremen or Kiel, Germany, please indicate this in the comment field of your order. We only accept credit card and cash payments.
