"After 6 months I am very satisfied. I removed the metal eyelets and screwed 2 directly onto the deck, slightly bent. Even if the manufacturer shirks his responsibility, they are made of the perfect material to walk on. The surface is also perfectly slip-resistant, although we try to avoid transverse loads as much as possible. I am now ordering 4 more for the deck. I mounted 4x 150s on the bimini. However, they were too heavy for that and I had to reinforce them with light plastic tubes. It looks ugly, but is now very stable. We have just spent 4 days at anchor at 25-35kt, as well as around 6000nm at up to 45kt, and it holds. I also drilled out the eyelets and replaced them with the small Tenax. (They do corrode though!)"
