Ordering with us is very simple! Just add the desired items to your cart. Once you are ready, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. In the cart, you can enter your shipping address, choose the shipping method, and select your preferred payment method. After completing these steps, confirm your order – and that’s it!

For advance payments, you can transfer the amount via bank transfer, PayPal, Credit Card, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can find the payment details in your order confirmation.

Yes, you can easily register your return in the SVB returns section and purchase a return label to print out. Return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the items are damaged due to transport, please contact the shipping service within 5 days. Additionally, please inform us about the damage. In case of obvious damage to the package, refuse to accept the delivery and inform us accordingly.

Yes! You can choose a different delivery address from your billing address – we also deliver directly to ports. During the checkout process, you can enter your preferred delivery address.

Yes, you can select express shipping directly in the cart. Prices and delivery times vary depending on the delivery address. Please note that this option may not be available for bulky, heavy, or hazardous goods.

Check the status of your order

Customs fees paid for deliveries to Switzerland are non-refundable by us, but you may be able to claim them back through the Swiss customs authorities. Please check with them for more information on the refund process.

For orders shipped to an address within the European Union, business customers are required to provide a VAT ID, in order to receive a tax free invoice. Otherwise, the VAT rate from the destination country will be added.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, no VAT will be charged. However, please note that such orders may be subject to local taxes and customs duties, which may need to be paid in the destination country.

To request a VAT refund for orders delivered to Germany and exported outside the EU by the customer, certain conditions must be met.

The order must not include any items that serve solely as boat equipment.
