Each spring has "power rating" - 1900N in this case, which is proper size for Cruiser 32. Check yours - it should be marked somehow on the original one. As the platform weight is different for each model - the spring can be different too.

It is not clear if this is an extending spring or a retracting spring. Will the natural position of the spring be short or long? In other words, will it help with pulling or with pushing the platform?
