I have a Bavaria that use this water boiler that has 110V AC power. do you have the same unit but in 110V AC??

I have this water heater installed on my boat. I'm assuming that there is an anode installed and would like to check and replace if neccessary. Can you please help me out? Where is it located? I just replaced the heater element and did not see any anodes.
