I asked for economical shipping and had 2 or 3 exchanges with Customer Service to try and understand why they were charging me so much (39 EUR) to ship a handful of plastic parts that weighed almost nothing. It turns out that the cost of shipping related almost entirely to the 2.4 lb. weight of the catalog they shipped me - which I cannot even read because it is in German! The cost of shipping this useless catalog, was just about the same cost of the parts! I've been ripped off.
