BAVARIA Trimable stabilizer / Interceptor QL

The Interceptor trim tabs were delivered correctly and quickly, as you would expect from SVB. Due to the poor quality of the old fins of the same type that they were replacing (brittle plastic gears inside, leaks), I would have preferred similar fins from another manufacturer. I chose the same fins again just so I didn't have to drill any more holes for other screw connections in the boat's transom (and possibly replace electronic wiring up to the helm station). However, the interior design was below standard and not worthy of Volvo Penta. Time will tell whether the new fins from the SVB brand BAVARIA are better. I didn't open them to ensure they were watertight. They look the same from the outside.
