Product details
MEGA fuse holders and fuses are ideal for protecting devices and cables with high nominal currents. The fuse holder is extremely robust and can be used in engine compartments due to its high-quality materials and the ISO 8846 / EN 28846 standard. MEGA fuses are available separately.
This fuse holder is intended for fixed, stationary installation. An integrated seal protects the fuse against water ( IP66 ) and allows the holder to be used in potentially explosive environments. This holder is compatible with MEGA and AMG fuse types up to 300 A. Fuse and cables are connected via separate screws, which enables fuses to be replaced without needing to disconnect the connection cables, helping to avoid short-circuits especially in cramped installations. Detachable areas in the transparent cover allow 3-sided insertion and installation of connection cables up to 25 mm² (AWG 4/0). The transparent cover is connected to the holder by a flexible plastic strip, so it cannot get lost and is easy to open/close thanks to the snap levers on the side. Nominal voltage: 32 V DC. Bolt / screw diameter: 8 mm (5/16"). Recommended tightening torque: 13.5 Nm (120 in-lb). Dimensions (LxWxH): approx. 123 x 39 x 43 mm. Cable lugs and fuses are available separately.
