Had to reorder the plug, because my first (exactly the same) has broken after about 2 years of use. The ball or the pin which is pressed in when plugging in, had become wedged and could not be solved. As a result, the connection was no longer tight. And unfortunately you can unscrew anything at the plug to fix the problem vl. Yourself.
