looks good but poor bolt design

This cleat wasn't supplied with fixing bolts as claimed in the original description. The system of hiding the bolts makes for a nice finish but makes fitting tricky as you need the exact length bolts taking account the thickness of your deck and the depth of the retaining holes andor several washers to pack out the underneath. There is also no information available on the bolt diameter required.
