A really practical piece! After receiving it, I took it with me to Croatia and used it several times during the week the boat was being taken out of winter storage. -- saves me from the usual posture problems that I used to get when holding the hose in the filler neck. The only serious disadvantage is that I can no longer hear the change in the noise frequency when the tank is full. So now it overflows briefly every time...

Product details

With the Clic & Fill adapter, water can be refilled quickly and easily. On one end, the adapter has a standard hexagon for loosening the cap and on the other end a quick connect plug to which a hose with Gardena coupling can be connected. The recess in the thread also makes the adapter suitable for use with tank filler necks with lids that are attached with a chain. Thread Ø: 46 mm. Compatable with a wide range of tank filler necks.

I think it's great!

I have used it a few times since it was delivered. I can do something else while it is filling, just keep an eye on the fill level indicator. 1 star deducted because unfortunately it doesn't mention that the adapter is available in 2 sizes. I only found the product online in France. So I went to Bauhaus and looked for something to make it smaller. Works great. Cheaper here than in France.

Doesn't hold well in the filling opening

The thread is a bit too short or doesn't fit exactly into the screw-in opening, I think it will change, but unfortunately you can't rely 100% on the hold. I think the plastic thread will also be broken after a few uses.
