Charging
The Pro HD+ chargers have microprocessor-controlled systems for multi-stage charging technology. The external TOUCHVIEW touchscreen allows you to monitor both the battery and the charger itself. You can monitor charging current, charging curve and phase (boost, absorption and float) and maximum power output at any time. A built-in 2-alarm relay displays error messages and emits sounds. It indicates battery or electronics temperature faults, charger supply voltage faults, fuse faults and charger output voltage faults. When the alarm sounds, the charger restarts automatically and continues to work normally. Standard CAN bus communication allows the individual connected batteries to communicate with each other and exchange data. The four-stage charging characteristic charges and maintains your batteries. The charger detects when the battery is fully charged and automatically switches to float mode, keeping batteries alive for longer.
