I had to disassemble the stopper to enlarge the fixing holes to fit use the existing screw. Now I have some difficulties in assemble it again is an exploded view available or other instruction or foto to help. Tanks

Good afternoon! I did not really understand how to fill a 10 and 8 millimeter diameter rope there, it does not climb there, is there any secret?

hi there, as previous answer, ropes in the indicated diameter fit. make sure you have it the right way round and you feed the rope from the back (not the side you pull it from). make sure the end of your rope is not loose, but nicely closed. you will have to lift the handle all the way to get the rope though.
