French elegance - technically sophisticated The gas stove replaces the 30-year-old predecessor. Its design perfectly integrates it into our old yacht, which is decorated in dark mahogany. Regarding the technical data, we expect a more efficient use of the bakery's gas - Croissons greet. Challenging were the sparse measurements of the space required for swinging while rolling. Even the importer could not deliver them and referred to the shipyard ... How would she know that? Conclusion Bought with some risk and successfully installed with luck.

Successful replacement for a 30 year old gas stove The gas stove replaced our 30 year old predecessor. The processing is flawless and the device fits very well into the (old) interior. The technical drawings were poor. A query gave no further details. The gas stove must be measured in detail at the boat (trade fair) (vibration clearance). The heat output of the burners is too good. All burners could be one level lower, or the minimum should be much lower.

For decades we have been riding a "Le Gascogne" on our ship, which runs every year from March to October with constantly changing crews. The stove is therefore intensively used and we are very satisfied with it. But unfortunately he has no eternal life and had to be replaced after a few years.

Nice looking stove

This is a very nice stove. Love it that it has an electric fire starter. Fits perfectly in a Bav36 1998 and was an easy swap with the original one. Small downside is that the elements inside the oven expand a little when heated, so it is not easy to move the plate and oven rack. But overall very happy.

sloppily assembled

In this fancy yacht oven, the oven did not work after it was installed. The low-gas safety device never activated, so that the oven kept going off as soon as the button was no longer pressed. After a thorough check, it was found that the feeler pin was more than 1 cm too high so that the gas flame could never heat it up properly. By loosening and changing the nuts, it could then be brought into the correct position because of its long thread. With a furnace in this price segment and in view of the complex transport and installation conditions, it would be expected that it would be properly assembled in the factory and that a test run would be carried out. This was not the case here! Also, all screws are only moderately tight. Hopefully everything will hold up now.
