Hi ! My name is Beatriz and my email is : [email protected] I order a cover for the round A3 defense, which is what is written on my defense, but when I went to put it on, the cover didn't fit correctly, how can I exchange it or ask for a refund? I'm very happy with the remaining covers but I really don't understand why this one is the right size and doesn't fit... can you help me? thanks
