Montage

Für die Montage benötigt man einen Inbusschlüssel mit einem sehr seltenen Maß von 4,5 mm, den man - wenn man Glück hat - in einem absoluten Fachgeschäft erhält, nicht aber z.B in einem Baumarkt. Die Suche danach war unverhältnismäßig aufwendig (Kilometer und Zeit).
Da es sich dabei um einen \"Cent-Artikel\" handelt, sollte der Schlüssel unbedingt im Lieferumfang enthalten sein !

Amerikanische Verschraubung

Zur enthaltenen Imbusschraube passte nicht ein einziger Imbusschlüssel aus meiner riesigen Sammlung. Ein Ersatz der Imbusschraube durch eine andere war nicht möglich, da es sich um ein in Deutschland nicht übliches Gewinde handelte. Weil mir die Rücksendung zu aufwändig war, habe ich mir einen meiner Imbusschlüssel an allen Seiten ein wenig abgeschliffen. Damit gelang mir schließlich die Montage des Flaggenstocks an der 25iger Reling.

Weder Imbus noch Torx paßt in die Schrauben, wird also eine Zoll-Imbus benötigt! Sowas hat vielleicht nicht jeder an Bord liegen. Völliger Blödsinn sowas!

Useless and dangerous

The mount is of insufficient quality. The locking screw, although as good as it was tightened by hand, has come off after only a few days and the flagpole has slammed during the gliding ride (about 35kmh) on our windshield. Luckily no one got hurt except that more scrap landed in the river.
