What type of lamp is inside. Is it replaceable with LED?

It's equipped with a 12V/35W sealed beam reflector #11641#. Replacement LEDs are #15908# 12 V/11W (in a vehicles DC system is an additional DC/DC-converter recommended) or #16399# 10-30V/5W.
