Ordered from a French port on August 14th, due to the "death" of the boat fridge arrived on the morning of 17 despite the mid-August. Package intact with double packaging, intact the shrink wrap sealed by the manufacturer, but the shell has a small crack, evidently escaped the quality control of the manufacturer. The fridge works properly. Immediate reporting with photos to SVB, we find a very kind and professionally super customer service. The refrigerator is returned with transport to their charge, replaced in a very short time with a new perfect refrigerator. Congratulations to SVB for correctness and for customer service!
