LED insert G4 MINIATURE Unfortunately, I could not try the LED insert yet. If it's just as good as the other products, everything is clear. (I feel compelled to give a rating but I do not want to give the lamp a negative rating if I have not been able to test it yet). About the company SVB I can only say positive, fast delivery, good products, all the best.

Real alternative to halogen Complete boat switched from halogen to LED. Installed directly next to each other for test, halogen and LED 1) Color (heat) indistinguishable. 2) Brightness a) indistinguishable when looking into the lamps b) felt maybe a little darker in the room 3) dimmable, BUT color does not change. Halogen gets warmer (browner) when dimming. LED not. 4) Consumption as stated 10% 5) Heat development high but VERY much less than halogen conclusion very satisfied

G4 MINIATURE LED bulb with a COB LED (chip on board) and silicone sheath for optimal protection.This multivolt LED bulb is ideally suited for use in 12 and 24 V DC vehicle systems and can also be used at home as an energy-saving replacement for 12 V AC halogen bulbs. With just 1.9 watts of power consumption, pleasant warm-white light colour and a brightness of 240 lumens, this unit is a true alterative to 12-15 W halogen bulbs. This LED light source is dimmable and due to the low intrinsic losses even after a long burning time only a very low temperature.
