If you would like to use the ATIS function, this will have to be activated by us before shipping. Please let us know when placing your order.
You can programme the MMSI and then also the ATIS number yourself.
Alternatively, we can programme the device for you. For this we charge a programming fee.
If you would like us to programme the device, please let us know as you are making your order. Please add the above-mentioned programming accordingly and complete the form in full.
If additional channels (e.g. the Dutch channels) are to be activated, we charge our programming fee. The fee is only charged once per device.

The VHF 315i is a modern marine radio that offers a reliable communications solution. With Class D DSC functions and 25 watts of transmission power, it meets the current standards for marine radio equipment and ensures safe communication on the water. International marine radio channels are pre-programmed, making it easy to use and seamlessly integrating with the Garmin onboard network. An integrated GPS receiver with a connection for an external antenna ensures precise positioning. The VHF 315i comes with a GHS 11i handset and powered speaker for intercom capability for up to 3 stations. The device also has a two-way 30-watt megaphone system for communicating with other boats or the crew. With NMEA 2000 connectivity, the radio can be easily integrated into compatible systems with chartplotters and multifunction displays and practical software updates are possible. With optimised handset connections and a user-friendly interface, the radio is quick and easy to set up, so you can quickly get back on the water and start communicating.
Important: An external GPS antenna is required to use the built in GPS receiver. We recommend the Garmin GA38 GPS antenna.
