GLOMEX RA106SLSRIB VHF Marine Radio Antenna

GLOMEX's RA106SLSRIB is a 90 cm long marine radio antenna with removable stainless steel emitter, robust, reliable and specially designed for use on dinghies, fishing or motor boats. The tried and tested RA106 series' antenna comes with a 4.5 m RG58 coaxial cable, 4-way tilting foot and other accessories.
The cable connection of the antenna is solderless. The cable must be prepped and screwed into the antenna in accordance with the installation instructions. The supplied PL259 plug is a soldered version. A solderless and crimp-free PL259 connector is also available.

Note

• If the foot is mounted in conjunction with suitable sealing material (SIKAFLEX, etc.), the hole in the base plate can also be used as a cable bushing.
• The required mounting surface for the tilting foot is approx. 102 x 63 mm,
  Mounting hole Ø: 6.8 mm, hole spacing (center / center): 45 x 85 mm,
• 4 clamping/countersunk screws (also available) are required for mounting, the length depends on the specifics of the installation site.
• If necessary, the antenna base can be reduced to a 2-way tilt by omitting the middle connecting piece.
  This reduces the foot height of 135/112 mm (incl./without antenna thread) by 42 mm
• The antenna cable is mounted on the antenna by means of a screw connection, consisting of a sleeve for the braid and the hexagonal lock nut. When delivered, both parts are screwed into the antenna.
  In case of loss, these parts are also available upon request as spare parts set "RA106SOLDERLESS".
