grotamar® 82 is a highly effective preservative for diesel fuel, heating oil and biodiesel, specially developed for modern fuel systems. The product offers reliable protection against microbial contamination and ensures the long-term stability of fuels in storage tanks and supply systems.
Effective protection against diesel bacteria and microorganisms
grotamar® 82 has a rapid bactericidal and fungicidal effect, including against sulphate-reducing bacteria. This prevents the formation of bio-sludge, which can lead to filter blockages and operational disruptions. At the same time, the product helps to keep the tank system clean and reduces the risk of microbial degradation of the material.
Optimised for diesel, heating oil and biodiesel (B0–B100)
The additive is fully soluble in all diesel fuels, heating oils and biodiesel blends (B0–B20 and up to B100). It improves storage stability, particularly in fuels containing biodiesel, and ensures even distribution in the tank thanks to its formulation.
Improved fuel quality and long-term protection
In addition to combating microorganisms, grotamar® 82 enhances the antioxidant and anti-corrosive properties of fuels. This extends the service life of tanks, pipes and system components and significantly improves operational safety.
Flexible mixing ratio for preventive and intensive treatment
Preventive treatment: Add 250 ml per 1,000 liters of diesel or heating oil with every refill
Intensive treatment: Add 1,000 ml per 1,000 liters of diesel or heating oil
