I must say that Alessandra's assistance was excellent. Competent from the first contact to the telephone order confirmation. Keep it up. During assembly we found that the coupling of the terminals was not correct, three left terminals and one for the right were delivered. As for the accessories ordered, they give an excellent quality appearance but the assembly of the pin that has to pass the rope is really difficult.
