Heating Element 800 W / 220 V

I installed this part 3 years ago and removed it today to clean the Sigmar 40 liter boiler. During the last basic cleaning 3 years ago, the walls were a bit brownish and the cleaning was not very pleasant. But what I found today is beyond description (unfortunately, you can't upload photos here). A brown sediment and a completely clumped heating element. The individual rods had "grown together". During the last two or three cleaning sessions, a layer of limescale was on it, which was relatively easy to remove. My area (Berlin waters) has been the same for 10 years. I estimate my shore power days (boiler in operation) to be 30 to 50. The previous models did not have an anode. Competitors do not have an anode either. Could that be the reason?? Unfortunately, I am tied to the boiler (still) - this system is simply unusable.

Product was not exactly the original, was for me \ r \ nbut not recognizable and tel. not to clarify. \ r \ nSpare part was installed anyway and works too!

The price difference heating element complete to seal alone is bad commercial thinking.

Betrifft: Heizstab Sigmar & Mobiltherm Teile-Nr. 17827
Leider von extrem schlechter Qualität, nicht für den Dauerbetrieb geeignet, bei Dauerbetrieb mit Thermostatregelung haben die Heizstäbe eine Lebensdauer von 4 bis 12 Wochen und werden am elektr. Anschluß undicht und der FI löst aus ! trotz fachgerechter Montage und vollem Boiler, nach 5 neuen Heizstäben und einem Boilertausch vom Hersteller suche ich jetzt einen brauchbaren Heizstab anderer Hersteller. Die Herstellerfirma Sigmar Marine sieht keine Gründe für Reklamation und Gewährleistung, da entweder Einbaufehler / Boiler wäre angeblich leer oder zu viel Kalk im Wasser !!!!!

Necessary spare part. Does not last long!
