Deficient product - no compensation

The product arrived without sail rings on the other long sleeve. SVB did not compensate the repair, though the repair would have been more affordable for them than the return and the resending the new item. Summary SVB evidently does not have reliable quality control on these products, but make buyer pay the deficiencies.
