The compact and powerful Hella Marine high-performance hand-held searchlight is an indispensable tool that makes night sailing and mooring manoeuvres much easier.

The searchlight impresses with powerful brightness. It generates 2500 lumens of neutral white light from a triple 10-watt LED chipset. The corrosion- and UV-resistant housing protects the internal electronics from all external influences. Furthermore, the electronics are protected by integrated reverse polarity, overvoltage and undervoltage protection. This guarantees a long service life.

The ergonomic handle is equipped with a watertight ON/OFF switch on the top. Sending Morse is easy thanks to the handy trigger switch on the handle. At the bottom of the handle there is an adaptor bushing (17.5 mm inner-Ø) for a separately available mounting foot, which can be mounted firmly on deck. By loosening a thumbscrew, the searchlight can be optimally aligned on the mounting base or the handle position can be adjusted as required.

Power is supplied via a coiled cable with cigarette lighter plug. Integrated inside the plug: a small red LED indicating the presence of the operating voltage and a 15 A miniature fuse (6.3 x 32 mm). The coiled connection cable is approx. 70 cm long and may be extended to a length of approx. 3.5 m.

NOTE

• This searchlight can also be placed on the ground if the handle is adjusted correctly. The beam angle can also be changed in this position. In order to do so, a self-locking nut must be loosened. 13mm allen wrench is required.
• The housing heats up noticeably during operation - this is normal.
