Product details
ECOPOWER PROP is a biocide-free spray, used as a coating for propellers, stern and z-drives. It makes it difficult for fouling to fully attach, making cleaning easier. Advanced binder technology controls the self-renewing effect throughout the season. All surfaces can be coated quickly, easily and precisely with the spray. The coated areas can then be easily cleaned. Contents: 500 ml.
Applications
Ensure that all surfaces are clean and free of grease, as well as dry and dust-free. Do not apply the antifouling spray in direct sunlight and only in dry weather.
Coated surfaces
Remove loose material with a high-pressure cleaner. Wet abrade existing, older and hard layers and remove dust. Clean and dry the surface. If condition of previous antifouling is poor, seal with 1 coat of primer (e.g. Underwater Primer) If previous antifouling is in general bad condition, it is recommended to remove previous coats and prime before applying antifouling.
Uncoated surfaces: (New build)
Prime prepared surface with Light Primer Spray and apply a tiecoat (e.g. Underwater Primer) whilst the surface is still tacky.
Note!
Biocide-free antifouling is a green alternative to chemical antifouling. Unlike biocide-containing antifoulings, biocide-free antifouling does not kill marine organisms such as algae and mussels, but makes it more difficult for growth to adhere. Regular cleaning of the hull is necessary to ensure that biocide-free antifoulings can effectively prevent fouling to take hold. The use of biocide-free antifoulings is advisable in waters with low or medium fouling levels, for example in freshwater or cooler waters.

Applications
