Attention with D2-40 from Volvo Penta
We had this filter on board as a spare. It seems to fit in terms of thread and dimensions. In my experience, only the original filter with the appropriate socket wrench can be used on this engine. Unfortunately, the SVB filter doesn't have the ribs like the VP filter.

The product is declared compatible for OM 636 but it is not so. The filter without an outer casing is not applicable to the indicated motor. This is ONLY filter and not the complete cartridge!
