For the small volume (thus only little space requirement) the effect is really good. The annoying cycles of the water pump is eliminated. The installation in conjunction with Whale Quick Connect is very simple.

Thanks to its compact dimensions the accumulator tank can be fitted easily on boats with little space to new or existing systems. Dim .: L 214, W 119, H 111 mm. Comes with 2 straight ½" hose fittings and 2 fittings with ½" screw thread. Volume: 0.65 litres. Weight: 0.44 kg.

Note: For best results, the pre-charge pressure should be set to 0.2 bar less than the pump's cut-in pressure.

I use a ParMax 3. I set the reservoir's pre-pressure to 2.2 bar. Since then, the pump no longer runs continuously. So, it's serving its purpose.

The (cheap) pressure equalization tank from the previous owner has stopped working - the result is pulsating water pressure and difficult to dose, especially if you want to save water for longer periods.
Thanks to the space-saving Jabsco, we now have consistent water pressure at all taps again.
