The new Simmerring is very tight, but the package is inconveniently cut. The entire cover is superfluous, the round middle part is sufficient.

Not very stable when tightening the screws.
Unfortunately, the plastic casing sometimes breaks when tightening the screws. Jabsco should perhaps come up with a solution (reinforcement) for this.
