satisfactory pumping performance my identical predecessor pump lasted 14 years with constant use - that is a good value. We have an annual water consumption of 32,000 liters when used all year round. The pump output is sufficient, even if the 13.5 lmin is not reached, I measured almost 10 liters. But that's enough for showering and also for all devices (washing machine, etc.). I had first ordered the WPS 5.2 with 20 lmin, but it was not stronger than the WPS 3.5 (probably defective) and sent it back. The Johnson pumps are extremely robust and have an excellent price-performance ratio.

Powerful pressurised water pump with a long service life. Thanks to its silent operation and even water flow, this pump is the best solution for your pressurised water system on board. The WPS diaphragm pumps are equipped with a 5-chamber displacement system.
Even after switching off, the Johnson Aqua Jet provides upright pressure, and the built-in pressure regulator automatically switches off the pump after reaching the correct amount of pressure.

Operating principle
When the pump is running, a pressure of up to 2.8 bar / 41 PSI is created. Once this pressure is reached, the pump switches off automatically. Positive-checking drain valves ensure that the pressure is maintained after the pump is switched off. If water is used (e.g. at the tap, shower), the pressure is reduced. In the event of a moderate pressure drop, the integrated pressure switch automatically reactivates the pump.
