Note on washing kapok cushions:
Water will not damage the kapok fibres per se, but machine washing in particular does subject the fibres to mechanical stress, which can result in them breaking. Machine washing should therefore be avoided. Stains should be washed out by hand. In contrast to cushions with grain chaff fillings, kapok pillows must NOT be heated. Therefore only wash hand warm.

Not Washable

I hand washed the two pillows and left them to dry naturally. Both pillows became very hard and smelly and cannot be used any more. It would have been much better if the cover was removable so it can be washed without destroying the kapok filing.

Ganz schlechte Verarbeitung

Das Produkt wird an Bord einer Segelyacht benutzt. Am besten gefällt mir die Farbe. Qualität und Verarbeitung lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die in der Sitzfläche durchgenähten Knöpfe sind keine Knöpfe, sondern Fadenbüschel und lösen sich nach einigen in Wohlgwefallen auf.
Werde reklamieren.

Ich bin mit den Sitzkissen nicht zufrieden, die Qualität entspricht bei weitem nicht der unserer alten Sitzpolster eines anderen Herstellers. Nach nur 2 Wochen sind schon die ersten Steppknöpfe abgerissen und an einigen Stellen zeigen sich am Stoff erste Verschleißerscheinungen. Wir werden die Kissen reklamieren.
