Dear Ladies and Gentlemen. The product is good and OK But, the packaging for the lever lock is just a little larger than a matchbox, it was delivered in a SVB standard box, estimated about 25 x 15 x 10cm lined with bubble wrap. On the one hand, this entails unnecessarily high packaging costs for your SVB company, for the second significantly higher shipping costs (parcel instead of letter <500 gr for € 1.47).
