The HPX GORE-TEX Pro Ocean - unbeatable ocean performance.
The HPX Gore-Tex® Pro Ocean Drysuit was developed for the toughest and most treacherous conditions at sea for offshore sailors. The HPX full body suit is the very best, all-in-one sailing suit on the market for the offshore sector and features extreme durability, outstanding waterproofness and an enhanced fit. A 3-layer laminate, made from recycled materials, consists of a robust, gold/black outer material, GORE-TEX® Pro Ocean membrane and Gore™ Micro Grid inner lining. The 3 layers are bonded together, which prevents friction and thus reduces material wear while allowing perfect freedom of movement thanks to pre-shaped sleeves and a gusset in the crotch. Thanks to the specially developed 3-layer laminate, the drysuit offers the best properties in terms of resistance, breathability, waterproofness and windproofness. To meet the extreme conditions of a shipwreck, the suit must provide complete waterproof protection. To ensure this, it is equipped with resilient Gore-Tex® boots, enabling you to perform with dry feet and confidence. Waist and braces are individually adjustable to the wearer to ensure the perfect fit. Adjustable latex neck and wrist seals prevent water ingress. The adjustable, flourescent yellow hood packs into the high, brushed fleece inside collar and is helmet compatible. Collar and hood can be completely removed when not needed. CORDURA® hanging pockets and the front kangaroo pocket provide space to store items or keep hands warm. An external hanging loop is also included. CORDURA® fabric reinforcement to the crotch, seat, knees and ankles provides additional protection against wear and tear when performing on board. In addition to the extremely hi vis hood, the reflective stripes and details keep you visible at night. To put on and take off, the YKK® zipper is opened horizontally at hip height.
