Product details

This offshore hatch is designed for unlimited use in the offshore sector and – due to its structural features – it is absolutely watertight. Only the best materials are used, such as seawater-resistant aluminium with an extra strong anodised layer and seawater-and UV-resistant neoprene seals. Smoke-coloured acrylic 10 to 12 mm. Hinges with stainless steel springs.

The hatch is equipped with a new adjustable hinge system which allows it to be opened to any position. The integrated stainless steel spring prevents the hatch against unintended closing or opening. Its flat construction (only 40 mm) and sleek design (no snagging of ropes and sheets), make this hatch perfect on sailboat decks.

I ordered two Hatches with flat base. After installation it was noticed that rubber gaskets didn't fit because they were too thick. Hatches couldn't be closed properly and they are leaking when it is raining. I have done the reclamation but after three weeks haven't got any answer yet. Not a very good customer service.
