Product details

The AIRMAR DT800 utilises Airmar's proven depth and temperature sensor technologies and delivers the measured values via NMEA2000. The plastic sleeve is suitable for through-hulls in GRP, steel and aluminium hulls.

Maximum installation angle must be between 0 - 7°.

The ceramic element inside the transducer housing is tilted to compensate for the upward tilt of the hull and to direct the depth sounding beam vertically downwards. This results in high echo returns and accurate depth measurement. The flat housing does not impair hull performance and delivers accurate readings even at high speeds. The housing has a water valve that minimises the ingress of water into the boat when the retractable insert is removed and replaced with the dummy plug.
