Product details

These cylindrical, twin-eye long fenders feature an extra-flexible body material, strong, even wall thickness for maximum strength and durability and a UV-resistant plastic that is flexible at low temperatures. This makes these fenders perfect for protecting vessels from the rigors of the sea and weather in all climate zones. The twin-eye design allows for vertical or horizontal use. These fenders have been tested for strength and flexibility at temperatures from -30 °C to +50 °C and are characterised by high abrasion resistance and energy absorption. Shipping was good. Quality "basic".
I would rate the shipping five stars. It was very fast and went smoothly. However, I'm not thrilled with SVB's request to review the products immediately upon receipt, as they couldn't be properly tested at that point. On that note, one of the four fenders I purchased had a defective valve. While this isn't a major issue, as I can certainly exchange it, 25% of the products were unusable.

Furthermore, I've noticed that the salt crystallization around the fill valve when used in saltwater creates ideal conditions for the valve to be damaged during refilling. Overall, after using the product, I found it to be of average quality for a marine-grade price. The products that weren't defective have been in use for two months. I hope they last a bit longer than one season and will continue to report on their performance.
