Dichtete das NMEA-Kabel nicht sauber ab
Die Montage war einfach und das Datenkabel vom Mast her schnell eingezogen. Zunächst machte die Sache einen dichten Eindruck. Als aber am Abend ein heftiges Gewitter über die Marina zog, begann es zwischen dem Kabel und dem Dichtungsgummieinsatz stark zu tröpfeln, obwohl das Kabel satt und ohne Spiel in dem Gummi saß.
Habe daraufhin etwas Silikon um die Durchführung gegeben, seither ist es dicht. Habe extra mit dem Wasserschlauch die jetzige Dichtheit überprüft, um nicht im nächsten Frühjahr eine böse Überraschung zu erleben.
