SENA EXPAND MESH Headset

The EXPAND MESH headset from SENA is a compact and lightweight mesh intercom headset that enables easy group communication. On board, the headset ensures powerful and wireless communication. At the touch of a button, several Sena Mesh Intercom devices can be connected to each other for open communication.

Ideal for small and large crews
Stay connected at all times—even in high background noise or over long distances. Whether on the open sea in rough conditions or during precise mooring maneuvers in the harbor, the SENA EXPAND MESH delivers stable and reliable communication in every situation.

A range of up to 400 meters is achieved between two devices in open terrain. In Group Mesh mode, the connection can be extended to up to 1.6 kilometers with six or more participants.

Mesh Intercom 3.0
Advanced mesh intercom technology enables instant, wireless communication among all crew members. Multiple EXPAND MESH headsets—as well as other compatible SENA headsets—can be connected at the push of a button, ensuring hands-free, clear, and stable group communication.

Group communication & multi-channel support
Designed for crews of virtually any size, the system offers Open Mesh with six available channels and Group Mesh supporting up to 24 participants, making it ideal for large teams and complex operations.6
Bluetooth® 5.2 & smartphone integration
The headset connects seamlessly to a smartphone via Bluetooth, allowing users to listen to music, receive GPS instructions, or take calls. Sena Audio Multitasking™ enables these functions even while Mesh Intercom communication is active.

SENA Outdoor App
The free SENA Outdoor App allows full customisation of your headset. Users can manage paired devices, adjust settings, and update configurations with ease. Available for Android and iOS.

Comfortable design
Low-profile ear cups sit comfortably over the ears, making the headset easy to wear with caps or glasses. The low-hanging neckband design also allows use with helmets.

HD speakers combined with Advanced Noise Control™ ensure clear and distinct communication, even in challenging environments with wind, waves, or engine noise.

Battery life
The integrated lithium-polymer battery provides up to 10 hours of talk time, with a charging time of approximately 3 hours— ensuring long-lasting, uninterrupted communication.
