SEPAR Hand Pump HFP

This SEPAR hand priming pump HFP is a manual fuel pump that has been specially developed for maritime water sports applications. It is used to efficiently bleed fuel systems after filter changes or repairs, thus ensuring trouble-free operation of boat engines.

The Separ hand priming pump HFP enables effective bleeding of the fuel system by removing air bubbles that can occur after maintenance work or filter changes. Thanks to its manual operation, it is independent of electrical power and therefore ideal for use in maritime environments.

Manufactured from high-quality materials, the Separ manual priming pump HFP is highly resistant to the challenges of the maritime environment. The compact design and low weight of around 250 g make installation and handling on board easier. The pump is suitable for use with diesel, biodiesel and heating oil and works reliably within a temperature range of -20 °C to 85 °C.

Technical specifications for optimum performance
The Separ manual priming pump HFP has a stroke of 25 ml per actuation and is equipped with M22x1.5 internal threads that are compatible with screw-in spigots in accordance with ISO 6149-3, form F. It can permanently withstand a system pressure of up to 3 bar and briefly (up to 15 seconds) a pressure of up to 5 bar.

Easy integration into existing systems
The Separ manual priming pump HFP can be easily integrated into existing fuel systems. It is installed downstream of the fuel filter, thus enabling efficient venting of the entire system.
