High-quality materials for maximum durability
Compact boilers are characterised by their use of first-class materials. The tank is made of AISI 316 stainless steel, which is known for its excellent corrosion resistance. The housing is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which provides additional stability and protection, and ensures a long service life and reliability, even under the most challenging maritime conditions.

Efficient heat transfer and insulation
An innovative feature of this boiler is its integrated large heat exchanger, which enables efficient utilisation of waste heat from the engine. The boiler also features an electric heating cartridge with an adjustable safety thermostat. It is insulated with high-density polyurethane foam, which is injected between the tank and housing and provides excellent heat retention.

Flexibility in installation and operation
The boiler can be installed horizontally or vertically for a wide range of installation options. An integrated pressure relief and non-return valve makes emptying easy, which is particularly useful for winter storage. Thanks to a maximum operating pressure capacity of 6 bar, the boiler is perfect for use on board.
