Does not fit
I bought this exhaust manifold for a Volvo Penta 2002 from 1991. The biggest complaint is that it did not fit. The bolt pattern on the engine is a square with 51.5 mm center-to-center distance of neighbouring bolts. The part has a distance of 50 mm. The bolts do not quite fit through the holes. I had access to a machine shop so I machined the part to widen the bolt pattern to make it fit.

My second complaint is about the flange straightness. As is typical for stainless steel, the flange has curved when welded. For flat gasket mating it would be best if parts would be straight. While at the machine shop I also ground the flange flat.
