Product details
The WINDEX 15 mk2 wind indicator is precisely balanced, low-friction mounted and instantly recognisable as an accurate, quick-readable wind direction device. It is perfectly suited for yachts 5 - 12 metres in length. The sapphire-mounted needle and the large, precise wind vane reliably and accurately capture the wind direction - both in light breezes and strong winds. The WINDEX 15 Mk2 also features a birdspike. This prevents birds from perching on the windvane without impairing its function. The angle of the wind display can be set in advance depending on the conditions of the ship. Thanks to the reflector on the vane and the plates, the wind direction can be read both day and night. The wind vanes withstand wind speeds of up to 40 m/s.
